In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the digital product. To initiate a refund, you must contact our customer support team via email and clearly state your reason for withdrawal.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving your withdrawal request. The full purchase amount will be returned to the original payment method. Please note that once a digital course has been downloaded or accessed, the right of withdrawal expires.
